VII.2) Information about modifications

   VII.2.1) Description of the modifications:
The FCA are modifying this framework by means of extending it for 1 more year under Regulation 72(1)(c) as due to unforeseen circumstances the FCA will undertake the tendering process in the financial year 2021/2022. The extension dates are between the 03rd April 2021 and the 02nd April 2022. The framework specification and any resultant call-off contract will be exactly the same in terms of scope.

   VII.2.2) Reasons for modification:
Need for modification brought about by circumstances which a diligent contracting authority/entity could not foresee (Art. 43(1)(c) of Directive 2014/23/EU, Art. 72(1)(c) of Directive 2014/24/EU, Art. 89(1)(c) of Directive 2014/25/EU)

Description of the circumstances which rendered the modification necessary and explanation of the unforeseen nature of these circumstances:
The current economic climate as a result of COVID-19 meant that the FCA felt it wouldn't be fair for suppliers to bid for the framework at the current time. This extension provision shall provide some leeway for all concerned.

   VII.2.3) Increase in price
Updated total contract value before the modifications (taking into account possible earlier contract modifications and price adaptions and, in
the case of Directive 2014/23/EU, average inflation in the Member State concerned)
   Value excluding VAT: 1
   Currency: GBP

Total contract value after the modifications:
   Value excluding VAT: 1
   Currency: GBP
